How to move houses in sims 4

Trying to move one or a good number of Sims can be quite confusing for new players. Moving may be necessary for a divorced or a teen Sim. Press ‘Esc’ button to choose main menu and click ‘Manage Worlds’.

Select ‘Home of Sim’ to move out! Simply click ‘…’ button, choose ‘Manage Household’. A screen pops up with two options. Visit Create-a-Sim to delete anyone if not desired in the game.

However, if you prefer the sim to reside in the Neighborhood, then choose ‘Transfer Sims Between Households’.

Select the Sim to move out. But children cannot live without their adults. At the top, ‘create New Household’ to move Sim within an existing household if desired.

On selecting ‘New Household’ and placing the Sim on the right, a map will appear. The top right corner of the map has ‘Manage Households’.

You can select it to move your Sim into a Neighborhood home. Now, you Sim can be noticed under Unplayed or Played Households. Choose the Sim and Move Household onto the Lot (icon of a Moving Truck), select OK.

You are free to choose the place of residence for your Sim. To derive cheat control, use Control+Shift+C and type freerealestate to provide more residence options.

Leaving the household will mean the Sim will have just $20,000 to spend. Hence, it will be wise to choose a starter home.

Once the place of residence is selected for your Sim, you can move out of the home successfully. Click on Household to play. This can either be resuming gameplay with previous household or start a new Sim.
