In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar, buttermilk, Calamansi
juice, butter and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and whisk until just combined.

In a medium bowl mix together the brown sugar, white sugar and butter.

Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan. Place the grapefruit slices on top. That’s it.
